About Me

I’m Trent Gorges, a Realtor with Heritage 1st Realty serving Wichita and the surrounding communities. For me, real estate has always been about much more than buying and selling houses — it’s about helping people make some of the biggest decisions of their lives with confidence.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to help hundreds of clients navigate everything from first-time purchases and growing families to relocations, investments, new construction, and selling homes they’ve loved for years. That experience has taught me that every client and every situation is different. My job isn’t to push you toward a decision — it’s to listen, understand what matters to you, provide honest guidance, and make the process as smooth as possible.

I’m naturally pretty easygoing, and I believe real estate should feel personal rather than transactional. Whether you’re buying your first home, looking for an investment property, selling a home, or simply trying to figure out what your next move should be, I want you to feel like you have someone in your corner from start to finish.

Outside of real estate, I’m a husband, dad, and someone who stays pretty busy with family, sports, and the everyday chaos that comes with it. My family and my community are a huge part of who I am, and I think that carries over into the way I work with people. I value relationships, communication, and doing what I say I’m going to do.

Real estate has allowed me to build my business largely through repeat clients, referrals, and relationships — and I’m incredibly grateful for every person who has trusted me with such an important part of their life.
